Rich and Fictional

Forbes.com has posted its list of the 15 richest fictional characters. Surprisingly, Bruce Wayne is only 8th on the list, between '60's sitcom tycoons Jed Clampett and Thurston Howell III. Fellow comics billionaires Daddy Warbucks (#2), Richie Rich (#3), Lex Luthor (#4), and Uncle Scrooge McDuck (#6) all outrank the Dark Knight Detective. Even the Simpson's C. Montgomery Burns has a higher bottom line than the Gotham Guardian. Still, I bet few of them could fund an entire orbiting headquarters for the Justice League and conceal it as a "line item" on his privately-held corporation's budget (as Wayne did in the "Justice League" animated series.)
