Writing Damages
The latest edition of CALIFORNIA LITIGATION magazine -- the publication of the California State Bar's litigation section -- features an article from me, as part of a "Point - Counterpoint" bit in which I gave the defense side on an issue, and a plaintiff's attorney gave the plaintiffs' bar's side.
